1. To provide and exchange expert views and establish wherever possible joint comments and positions o­n the development of REACH.

2. To communicate these joint comments and positions to all external stakeholders: EU institutions, national authorities and other interested parties, and contribute to the developments of REACH with the help of the DUCC members National Associations (e.g. by organising and participating in stakeholder workshops).

3. To liaise and co-ordinate with chemical producers, e.g. Cefic (European Chemical Industry Council) and other downstream users sectors.
