Welcome to DUCC
The Downstream Users of Chemicals Co-ordination (DUCC) Group is an industry platform of European associations ranging from cosmetics and detergents to aerosol, paints, adhesives, photographic and chemical distributors industries.
The group's objective is to contribute, in a common voice, to the development of the Chemicals Policy (REACH).

Since its formation, DUCC has been recognised and strongly appreciated by the EU authorities as the common voice for many "users" of chemicals. DUCC has been and will continue to be actively involved in the legislative process, contributing constructively to the REACH debate and ensuring that downstream users needs and specificities are taken into account. DUCC will continue to communicate its members views, concerns and contributions to the REACH system to all interested parties.
